FitGrips is dedicated to offering high-quality gym accessories that enhance your performance and comfort. In case you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we have a simple refund and return policy to maintain your shopping experience hassle-free. Kindly go through the following guidelines before applying for a return or refund.


Eligibility for Refunds

Items Not Eligible for Refund

We do not provide returns or refunds in case of used, washed, or tampered-with products after shipping. Also, any product returned after 3 days or has been personalised/customized is non-refundable. We suggest you inspect your order thoroughly when received to avoid any inconvenience.

Return Instructions

To initiate the return process, simply send an email to our support team at support@fitgrips.com with your order number and a summary of the reason for return. We will send you the return shipping address and more instructions after reviewing and approving your request. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or wrong.

Defective or Wrong Items

In case you find an item defective, damaged, or different from what you purchased, please inform us within 3 days of receiving your package. We will have it exchanged or refunded at no additional charge to you, including postage. In these circumstances, a refund or exchange will be processed shortly after inspection.


Refund Process

Once your return has reached us and been processed, we will notify you of the status of your refund. On approval, your refund will be credited and an automatic credit will be placed back on the original method of payment. Allow 1 – 3 business days for your refund to be posted back to your account, pending your bank or payment gateway.
